SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

 

We understand that finding the right swimwear takes time and we want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. This is why we're happy to return or exchange any items within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in sellable condition.

This means your returned item must still have the protective hygienic liner intact, have all tags attached, be free of strong odors, and have no stains or other visible signs of wear. Please try swimsuits on over your underwear to ensure they are returned in a new, unused condition. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return/Exchange Your Order Within the U.S.

If you are located within the U.S., please follow these steps to ensure your return or exchange is processed in time.

1. Email us at info@wardwhillas.com indicating whether you would like to return or exchange your item. Please include your order # in the subject line. If you are making an exchange, please indicate the style, size and color of the item(s) you are exchanging for.

2. Within 48 hours, we will provide a USPS prepaid shipping label. If you are making a return, we will deduct $5 from your original payment to cover the shipping cost. If you are making an exchange, shipping is free.

3. Drop off your package at any USPS facility, and make sure to include your sales receipt emailed to you at time of purchase in the package. We strongly recommend that you obtain a receipt for your shipment as proof that you have shipped your package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that do not reach our facility when no record of shipment can be provided.

3. Once we receive your package at our facility, we will work quickly to process your return or exchange. For returns, expect to see a refund post to your credit card within 1-2 weeks. For exchanges, expect to receive the new item(s) within 1-2 weeks.

We have full discretion in determining if items are in their original condition when returned. 

Please note: shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
